AI Strategy & Development — Ernst & Young

Day to day, I bring together a cross-functional team of strategists, developers, designers and marketers creating and scaling new AI narratives and offerings globally. The work ranges from product development and tech partnerships to AI training for a 120,000-person organization and speaking at industry events around the world. The mission: helping EY transform into an AI-native organization.

The journey started on the other side of the table, as one of EY's first GenAI developers building custom AI products for clients in consumer and automotive. Before that, a machine learning startup optimizing Amazon advertising. Once you learn to sell the car, you want to learn how to build it. That led to USC Marshall for a Master's in Business Analytics, where I still serve on the Board of Advisors.

But before the code, the consulting, the keynotes, there was a magazine. Moved from Milan to Duke University and ended up leading a 120-person creative team. That's where the instinct for storytelling and building new things rooted and grew.

Avid if inconsistent reader. Curiosity rabbit holes have taught me about tea ceremonies, regenerative agriculture, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. My wife calls me her “personal ChatGPT”. I love to cook. Have worked and lived in Italy, the UK, and the US.

Skills

Designing how organizations adopt, scale, and change with AI. Not just the roadmap, but the hard decisions along the way: how to build and buy technology, designing the operating model, where AI changes the business model, and how to move a 120,000-person organization from AI-curious to AI-native. This is the work that gets me out of bed.

The passion for creative work that started with leading a 120-person magazine never went away. Today it shows up in how AI narratives get shaped, how new AI offerings are taken to market, and how complex and new ideas are made accessible. Good strategy deserves good storytelling.
